4. Payment Terms
Pricing:
Prices shown on the Website are indicative and provided for information purposes. Bookings begin with a discovery call; the final price (VAT applies where applicable) is confirmed with you before any payment is requested.
VAT:
Spanish VAT (21%) applies to private individuals residing in Spain or the EU, and to business clients based in Spain. It does not apply to private individuals residing outside the EU. For business clients based in another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT is handled under the reverse-charge mechanism. For business clients based outside the EU (including the UK), the service falls outside the scope of Spanish VAT and is invoiced accordingly. The applicable treatment is confirmed and reflected in your final price and invoice.
Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling:
Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge or forfeiture of the session fee.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical issues or errors on our part. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may incur a fee or forfeit the session.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from a service booking within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by booking a session that will take place within this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully performed.
